Global Skills Hub was working on a new platform for their employees, clients and candidates to keep their hiring and recruitment data all in one place. With the new platform, there was a need for three different user views - one for recruiters, one for candidates, and one for the businesses looking to hire.

Blockhead partnered with internal team members on content and led the design of the web UX UI. Organizing information across all three user views, designing sign up flows, application process flows, and page layouts for each unique user type.

For Candidates

The highlight of the candidate view was the matching page, where candidates could see all their job matches and track their progress in the pipeline. This view also incorporated a resume builder where their resumes could be refined in collaboration with the recruiter.

Recruiter view of open roles. Product Design Services Web UI Design Services for Canadian enterprise

For Recruiters

The Recruiter view was the most complex as it incorporated all the data from both other user types. Recruiter’s main tasks in this view were to organize and filter open roles, match candidates to the roles, and review and manage their talent pool as it grew.
